Market Day Cooking Classes

A look at one of our cooking classes, from one particularly moody, autumnal day in October with photographs by the talented Kelsey Zafiridis. It is a favourite season of mine as you have the end of summer produce (the last of the tomatoes, wonderful eggplants and peppers) and the beginning of the cold weather produce like the first leafy greens and pumpkins. We pick up fresh produce, some delicious cheese and make one more stop at the local butcher for something for the antipasto platter before heading to the kitchen to cook our beautiful vegetables, pasta, and dessert together.
